This one took a little more time due to the amount of Black Spots. Chemical remover was applied after an initial clean, and then rinsed off. Gaps were then filled in with sand, for an even finish.

LOFTS, BOARDING & INSULATION
Client asked us to board out the loft for extra storage space. Loft ladder 8 stalled as well, but didn’t get a photo of that.

Double layers of insulation were in the loft, so we needed to use Loft Stilts and install the boards above the insulation.

2Russells stripped whole roof, removed felt, weather boarded, new felt, battoned and replaced roof with original timber.
